Safety & Use of Equipment

  • Customers are responsible for using all rented equipment properly. Misuse may result in damage fees.

  • All equipment must remain within the designated beach area and may not be moved without prior permission.

  • Rough play, climbing, or improper use of umbrellas, chairs, or other items is strictly prohibited.

  • Children and pets must be supervised at all times.

  • Any equipment returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear may be subject to repair or replacement fees.

  • Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required due to food spills.

Liability Waiver

  • By using our services, customers acknowledge the inherent risks of beach activities and agree to hold Day By The Sea harmless for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for themselves and any minors in their care while using rented equipment.

Jupiter Beach Rules

  • No glass containers or bottles are allowed on Jupiter Beach.

  • Dogs are allowed on the beach between boardwalk numbers 26-57 (Ocean Cay to Carlin Park)

  • Owners are responsible for removing any animal waste on any areas of the beaches, there are pet waste bags at the top stairs of the boardwalks.

  • Dogs must be leashed or under control or owner, not creating a nuisance.

  • Proper dog tags and licensces should be visible and show evidence for vaccination for rabies.

  • No beach fires allowed

Safety waiver

You may print and bring the day of your setup.

Reservation Policy

  • Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your requested date.

  • Full payment for your setup is due upon booking.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

  • Please make sure you continuously check your phone and email for communication regarding your reservation.

  • You will be billed through email invoices.

  • Payments accepted through Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.

Cancellations and Refund

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled setup: eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled setup: eligible for refund minus 25% of your booking total. (Day By The Sea retains 25% of the total booking fee)

  • Same day cancellations or no shows: No refund will be issued.

  • If Day by the Sea needs to cancel, rescheduling or refunds will be made at our discretion.

Rescheduling Policy

  • We offer a one time rescheduling option for weather related or unforeseen circumstances, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule dates must be confirmed within 30 days of the original booking date.

  • Once rescheduled, the new booking date becomes final and non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

  • Morning‑of check‑in. Day By The Sea will assess weather conditions one hour prior and will contact you via text if we need to delay start time.

  • If weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, strong winds) prevent a safe and comfortable setup, we will contact you to reschedule your experience at no additional charge.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued at our discretion.

  • No refunds if it rains after your Day by the Sea has begun.
