Here’s how it works

General

  • Look over the beach location map and available boardwalks.

  • Select your desired beach setup under the bookings page along with your preferred arrival time, date and other details.

  • We ask you to book a week in advance of your requested date but we will do our best to accommodate shorter notice requests. These shorter notice requests are better to text us or call directly.

  • You will be invoiced for the full amount of your beach setup upon booking through email.

  • Bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Day By The Sea.

  • Day by the Sea will be in contact as your reservation approaches.

  • Please be sure to read through the rest of the terms and conditions for rescheduling, cancellations, payment policy, weather policy and safety concerns.

    All beach setup are up to 4 hour time blocks. Day By The Sea crew will deliver the set-up, assemble it and return to pick it up at your departure time. All setups include: towels, coolers with ice and waters, garbage cans, tables, Bluetooth speaker, and beach blankets. No food is included in your setup. Pet water bowls will also be included if there furry friends coming to your Day By The Sea. There will be sand toys also available for any children attending but no children-sized chairs will be included.

Hours of Operation
  • Open for bookings 7 days a week! (June-August)

  • Up to 4 hour time block

  • Earliest start time 9:00

  • Latest start time 4:00

As of now, Day By The Sea is offering all 7 days of the week in the Jupiter area, with up to a 4 hour time block of beach time. The start times are as early as 9:00am and late as 4:00pm for the Spring and Summer season.

Please note* - Starting August 10th we will be back to only offering weekend bookings. Saturdays and Sundays.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Reservations & Payment

  • You can book on our website.

  • Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and an invoice with the amount of your setup due.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your requested date.

  • For shorter notice reservation requests (less than a week in advance) it is best to text us or call directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled set up: eligible for a full refund .

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled set up: eligible for a refund minus 25% of your set up cost. (Day By The Sea retains 25% of the total booking fee)

  • Same day cancellations or no shows: no refund will be issued.

Weather policy

The weather in south Florida is always a concern and it can change quickly. Guest safety is always our top priority. Hurricane/tropical season is June through November.

  • Day by the Sea will continuously monitor the weather.

  • We will reach out via text one hour before your start time.

  • Any weather inconveniences that may affect your beach day we may be able to shift your start time earlier or later to avoid rain.

  • If the weather conditions (lightning, heavy rain, or high winds) prevent a safe or comfortable set up, we will contact you to reschedule your experience at no additional charge.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued at our discretion.
